estoppels, renegotiation of tenant leases, reciprocal easements, interpretation of existing lease rights and obligations and
negotiations, and/or litigation regarding the same, evictions and
collections of rents.
The firm also represents lender clients with the documentation of real
estate finance transactions and borrower clients in the negotiation, review
and documentation of real estate finance transactions. The firm represents non-profit corporations whose activities include
providing financing for economic development projects in rural areas. That work includes review, negotiation and documentation of real
estate financed loan transactions. The
firm has handled real estate loan transactions involving affordable housing
programs.
